Return conditions
There is a legal Right of withdrawal of 14 days. Please note that we only take back unworn and unwashed items.
With a return the Refund Policy must be observed. The return form, which you can find here, must be enclosed with the return. Please return the items within 14 days of receipt.
The customer takes care the shipping costs of the return. Please do not send your return to us freight collect or uninsured. Keep the consignment number until the return has been processed by us.

Refund
You will get your payment back the same way you paid. The refund will take place within 14 days after the arrival of the items. If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact our customer service (info@hoodofsaints.com / +49 151 28 99 86 44). Please have your order number and the return shipment number ready so that we can help you quickly. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The processing of returns usually takes 5 working days.
